We sell handmade wooden goods, including but not limited to bowls, platters, lights, and furniture. All products are handcrafted and may have natural variations in color, texture, and size. No two products are identical. While we make every effort to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual color of the product. Products are sold "as-is" with no warranties beyond those expressly stated.
2. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Relentless Woodworking and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. 3. Purchases & Payments
If you wish to purchase any product or service ("Purchase") made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information, including, without limitation, your name, address, payment information, and shipping address.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, or errors in your order.

You agree to use this Service for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that may harm the site or its users.
5. Shipping & Delivery
On average, we ship products within 1-3 business days, and you will be notified once your order is fulfilled. Once an item is handed to the carrier, the responsibility shifts to you, the customer. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside of our control. The risk of loss passes to the customer upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. This means that after your order is given to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If an item is on backorder, you will be notified at checkout, and we will contact you with an estimated timeline for creating and shipping your order. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
