If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
We accept returns for up to 14 days after you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the item and its packaging immediately after unboxing. Contact us as soon as possible with this documentation so we can assist you.
Custom Orders: All sales of custom-designed and personalized products are final. Returns or refunds for custom items will not be approved, provided the product arrives in the condition agreed upon during the design phase. These products are made specifically for you and require significant time and resources to create. If your custom product arrives damaged or with an error on our part, please contact us immediately.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To begin a return, please email us at relentlesswoodworking@gmail.com or call us at (559) 471-0548. We will need your name and proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, to proceed.
- Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Repackage the Product: You are responsible for safely and securely repackaging the product in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship It Back: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a full refund for the product's purchase price will be processed to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
It can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged due to improper packaging, or are missing parts.
Gift Returns: If the item you'd like to return was a gift, please contact us with the gift-giver's name so we may look up the order. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we may issue store credit to you for the value of the item. You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item in its original state to the return address we provide.
