Carob Hollow Form, 9" x 6.5"

Using carob wood I sourced sustainably from California's Central Valley, I milled and dried it for two years prior to turning this form. The finished piece showcases a wide range and depth of colors from pale gold, warm charcoal, to rich burgundy. The natural voids tell the history of the tree. It will make an elegant statement in any space.

Care Instructions: Wipe clean with a soft cloth. Do not put in the dishwasher, microwave or oven.  Apply tung oil, walnut oil, or mineral oil occasionally to help preserve this piece for a lifetime.
